I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
The processing time for your order is 1 to 3 business days. After that, the average delivery time is approximately 14 working days. Tracking numbers will be available 3-5 days after your order ships. If you do not have a tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us by email.

How can I track my order?
To track your order, visit our tracking platform. You will need to provide your order number, which can be found in the confirmation email sent after placing your order. Please note that tracking information may not be visible until a few days after receiving your tracking number, due to computer processing.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Order changes are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. If you wish to make any changes, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been shipped, no changes can be made.

Order management
I did not receive a confirmation email after placing my order.
We recommend that you first check your junk or spam folder to see if the confirmation email was received there. If you still can't find it, it's likely that there was an error in your email address during the ordering process. In this case, please contact our customer service so that we can help you.
My tracking number is not working, what should I do?
If no information is available when you enter your tracking number, it is likely that you will have to wait a few more days for the information to update. These updates depend on our carrier and may sometimes take several days to appear on our website. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service.
I entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?
If you misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you have verified that the address given is incorrect, please notify us by email. If the address given is incorrect, we can change it to the correct address within 24 hours. No refunds will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
There is an item missing from my order, what should I do?
The items in your order may be shipped from multiple fulfillment centers. Please check first if you have received multiple tracking numbers via email. If your order is partially delivered and you are missing a tracking number, please contact our customer service by email.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order before it is shipped. If the item has already been sent, please use our easy returns system for a full refund.
Returns and Refunds
I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 14 days to return it to us for a full refund. You must return it at your expense, once the product is received we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on returned packages. Please note: If your package is on its way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund. Promotional items are not eligible for returns.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damaged product, your order number and any other pertinent information. We will provide you with a solution, which may include replacement or refund.

My credit card payment is declined, what should I do?
First, check that your card’s expiration date has not passed. Second, make sure you have entered your first and last name correctly in the appropriate field. If your bank transaction is refused, this may be due to exceeding the authorized limit. To confirm this, we recommend that you contact your bank to verify the amount of this limit.
