These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by the “MajestMix” online store.

Article 2 - Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the site. Each product is accompanied by a description. Although we strive to ensure availability of all our products, out of stock is always possible.

Article 3 - Prices

The prices of our products are indicated in Euro including tax.

Article 4 - Order

Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

Article 5 - Payment terms

Payments can be made by methods offered by Shopify, including, but not limited to: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Article 6 - Delivery

Products are shipped within 2 to 3 days after ordering. Delivery is generally made within 6 to 10 days. An additional guarantee is offered for paid delivery.

Article 7 - Return policy

Customers have 30 days after receipt of the product to request a return. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete.

Article 9 - Liability

The "MajestMix" store cannot be held responsible in the event of late delivery or out of stock.

Article 10 - Disputes

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these General Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the customer's place of residence.

Article 11 - Modifications

“MajestMix” reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on the Site.
